Determination of Indirubin in Daige Powders

摘要: 目的建立黛蛤散中靛玉红含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Hypersil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长为292nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL·min-1。结果靛玉红的进样量在0.01~0.20μg范围内线性关系良好,(r =0.9999),平均回收率为98.5 %,(RSD= 1.00%)。结论本方法可用于测定黛蛤散中靛玉红的含量,结果准确,重复性好。

Abstract: Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of indirubin in Daige powders. Methods The optimum HPLC conditions were as follows Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5μm), methanol-water(7030)as mobile phase, detection wavelength 292nm, column temperature 30℃, flow rate 1mL·min-1. Results There was good linearity between peak areas and injection quantity of indirubin within the range of 0.01~0.20μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.5% for indirubin(RSD=1.00%). Conclusion The method can detect indirubin in Daige powders. The HPLC method is reasonable, stable and accurate.
