摘要: 目的采用药学技术分析奥美拉唑变色事件的原因。方法HPLC及液相色谱质谱联用技术定性测定变色药液中的反应物质。结果该变色反应为奥美拉唑与盐酸氨溴索反应所致,氨溴索通过小壶入奥美拉唑通路,并未进入患者体内。结论运用药学技术可以辅助还原药品事件,尽快弄清事件为药品本身质量问题还是操作失误所致。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the color change event of omeprazole by pharmaceutical technology. MethodsThe contents of the mixed solution were determined using HPLC and HPLC-MS methods. ResultsThe result showed that omeprazole was mixed with ambroxolhydrochloride, which caused the color change reaction. No mixed solution was infused into the patient. ConclusionHPLC and HPLC-MS are applicable methods in the analysis of drug event. This study might serve as a reference for dealing with events alike.
