142例美罗培南临床应用分析研究

摘要： 目的 分析我院美罗培南的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 随机抽取我院2011 年住院患者中使用美罗培南病例142 份,填写调查表,并对结果进行统计分析。结果142 例中合理与基本合理用药占88.73%,不合理用药占11.27%。结论 该院临床上对美罗培南的应用基本合理,但也存在不合理用药情况、患者费用负担较大等问题,应从严掌握该类药物的使用相关规定,提高病原学送检率,减少经验用药,提高合理用药水平。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the utilization of meropenem in our hospital, provide the evidence for clinical rational drug use. Methods We randomly selected 142 cases of inpatients who took meropenem at our hospital in 2011, filled in the questionnaire, and analyzed the Results . Results Cases of rational drug use and basically rational drug use account for 88.73%, not rational drug use for 11.27%. Conclusion The clinical application of meropenem at the hospital is basically reasonable. But there are also irrational drug uses, such as with larger cost burden in patients.Therefore, we should strictly control the drug using under the related provision of this class, increaese the rate of pathogenic detection, reduce the experiential use of drugs, improve the level of rational drug use.
