摘要： 通过对我院2011年度聚集性药品不良反应/事件（ADR/ADE）病例进行统计分析,并对产生聚集性不良反应/事件的原因进行分析,提出相应的方法,尽可能减少药品不良反应/事件带来的危害,并对相关科室和用量较大药物进行重点监测,保障患者用药安全。

Abstract: The aggregative cases of adverse drug reactions/events(ADR/ADE) at our hospital in 2011 were statistically analyzed, and the causes were explained. Suggestions were given to reduce the damage induced by ADR/ADE. Intensive monitoring was given to the related clinical departments and largely used drugs to ensure the patients' medication safety.
