Application of Data Mining Method-Decision Tree in Pharmacovigilance

摘要: 决策树是数据挖掘中最为常用的分类预测模型之一,它能够使研究者直观地观察数据信息的分类结果,在海量数据的挖掘中被广泛采用。本文着重介绍决策树的基本概念和其在药物警戒研究中的应用前景,并结合作者自身研究成果,对双黄连注射剂、穿琥宁注射剂的决策树模型进行了示例性分析。

Abstract: Decision tree is one of the most frequent used model on classification and prediction in the data mining,which can provide clear and classified result from massive data. Referring to the author's former research, this paper presents in -depth analysis on Shuanghuanglian Injection, Potassium Dehydroandrogrpholide Succinate Injection (Chuanhuning Injection) according to the decision tree method, of which the fundamental concepts and application prospects in the pharmacovigilance were introduced.
