摘要: 目的 了解辛弗林含量测定方法研究进展,为其质量评价和安全使用提供依据。方法 查阅相关专业文献,并进行归纳与综述。结果 辛弗林含量测定方法有HPLC、RP-HPLC、TLC、CE、pSFC等。结论 含量测定方法在不断改进,我们必须选择可靠的测定方法,严格控制辛弗林的含量,确保用药安全有效。

Abstract: Objective To know the progress in the methods for determination of Synephrine and to provide the basis for its quality evaluation and its safe use. Methods Look up related professional literatures and summarize the progress. Results The methods for determination of Synephrine are various, including HPLC, RP-HPLC, TLC,CE, pSFC and others. Conclusion The methods of determination are developing continuously. We must choose reliable methods and strictly control the content of Synephrine to ensure its safe and effective use.
