西归乙醇提取物抗疲劳作用的实验研究

Study on the Effect of Ethanol Extract of Xigui on Anti-fatigue

摘要: 目的 初步研究西归乙醇提取物抗疲劳的作用。方法 通过负重游泳实验、急性脑缺血缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验、耐低温实验及自主活动实验,观察西归乙醇提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。结果 与生理盐水及溶剂组比较,西归能明显延长小鼠负重游泳、NaNO2中毒、急性断头张口喘气的时间,提高小鼠低温存活率,降低小鼠在末次给药后30min、60min、120min的自主活动(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 西归乙醇提取物具有抗疲劳作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the action of anti-fatigue of Xigui in mice. Methods Using the Methods of the weight loading swimming test, the acute cerebral ischemia irritable/hypoxic test, the sodium nitrite intoxation test, the low-temperature test and theautonomic activities test, which to research the function of anti-fatigue of Xigui in mice. Results Xigui could significantly prolong the time of loaded-swimming, delay the survival time of sodium nitrite poisoning and prolong the breathing time of the mice cut heads. It could increase the survival rate of low-temperature in mice, and shorten the time of spontaneous motion at 30min、60min、120min after the last administration(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Xigui has the obvious function of anti-fatigue.
