摘要: 代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome, MS)是一组代谢异常聚集发病的临床症候群,发病机制复杂,不及时干预可导致动脉粥样硬化等心脑血管疾病,血管内皮损伤是心脑血管疾病的早期预测因子和主要病理基础。目前西医治疗以针对各组分进行降糖、降脂、降压和抗凝治疗为主,许多药物存在明显的使用禁忌,联合用药存在药物相互作用,可能加重药品不良反应。中医药在整体观念和辨证论治理论指导下,干预MS血管内皮损伤具有多途径、多靶点、作用持久、副作用小的特点。本文对中药治疗MS血管内皮损伤的作用机制进行综述,以期为中医药防治MS血管内皮损伤提供理论依据。
