178例盐酸羟考酮药品不良反应文献分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探索盐酸羟考酮致药品不良反应(ADR)的发生原因、特点,找寻规律,为盐酸羟考酮的临床合理使用,及时预防与处理ADR提供参考。方法以“盐酸羟考酮”“药品不良反应”“安全性”和“致”等为检索词,检索中国知网、万方数据、维普网2000年9月1日至2019年9月1日盐酸羟考酮ADR相关文献,依纳入与排除标准共筛选出28篇文献,对文献从临床病例进行提取、分类及统计分析。结果筛选后提取病例178例,病例中老年患者比例较高;原患疾病主要为癌性疼痛;ADR涉及胃肠、神经和精神、泌尿、皮肤及附件以及全身性等多个系统损害;临床表现以便秘、恶心、呕吐、头晕、头痛最为突出,其他临床表现有排尿困难、呼吸抑制、骨髓抑制、肝损害等。结论临床使用盐酸羟考酮应关注其ADR的发生,加强用药监测与风险管理,保障患者用药安全。
