Thoughts and Suggestions on Unreasonable Prescription Criteria for Prescription Comment

Abstract: Via analyzing and considering the unreasonable prescription criteria in Management Practices of Hospital Prescription Comment(Trial), some problems about its related items are discussed in this study. These problems, which include superposition of content's subordination, confusion of cause and result, similarity or repetition of content, are easy to cause confusion, misjudgment or repetition in prescription comment results. As a result, some suggestions, including adjusting the unreasonable prescription criteria related items, defining and explaining the places easy to misunderstand or confuse, are raised to enhance its practicability, to advance the effect of prescription comment on the continuous quality improvement of prescription, and to improve the rational drug application in clinic.
