Abstract: Objective To communicate experiences of clinical pharmacy in primary hospital. MethodsIntroduce writer's experience of basic hospital in 3 years. Resultsand ConclusionClinical pharmacist of basic hospital should correctly understand every work of clinical pharmacy. Insist making the rounds of the wards, although have to complete multiple works. Ensure high quality publication of pharmacy bulletin and excellent teaching about rational administration. Search the most suitable cut-in point for tackling clinical pharmacy in basic hospital.
