Analysis of 53 Cases of Amitriptyline Adverse Reactions / Events

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate amitriptyline adverse reaction event, provide a reference for clinical safety of drugs. MethodsTo analyze the 8 kinds of mental journal for the past 20 years, case reports of adverse reactions amitriptyline and clinical monitoring of author. ResultsAmitriptyline adverse reaction/event, included 10 major categories and 25 kinds of clinical manifestations. Newly discovered adverse reactions include mental disorders, leukopenia, teratogenic, etc. Long-term use may induce dependence. 84.91% adverse reaction occur within 15 days. ConclusionAmitriptyline adverse reactions are more, clinical use should be carefully, pay attention to observation.
