Preliminary Safety Evaluation of Breviscapine Injection in Its Clinical Application

Abstract: Objective To generally evaluate the clinical safety of the Breviscapine injection. Methods Collect and research on the cases of Breviscapine injection in my hospital during the period of April and September 2010. Results Based on the 765 inpatient cases which involved 9 department and 19-odd diseases,whilst ADR occurred in 8 cases(1.05% among the total). The rate of drug adverse reaction was reduced when the applications followed the drug instructions. Conclusion The safety of clinical application would be enhanced by accurate operations that are strictly in line with the instructions of treatment.
