The Application of Meta-Analysis Method in the Case-control Study of Adverse Drug Reaction

Abstract

Abstract: There is distinctive advantage in the research of adverse drug reaction using by case -control study. The qualitative statistics analysis of case-control study by using Meta-analysis method can improve the grade of the evidence in research, in order to clarify the causality between drugs and their adverse reaction. This paper had demonstrated the application of Meta-Analysis method in the case-control study of adverse drug reaction.
