Survey and Analysis on the Awareness Rate of Medication with Caution for Allergy to Sulfanilamide in Clinical Staffs

Abstract: Objective To provide evidence for training and regularizing the behavior of clinical staffs'safe medication for those who are allergic to sulfanilamide. Methods We investigated the awareness of medication in clinical staffs. The questionnaires were designed by our own, and 52 clinical staffs were investigated randomly in our hospital, the statistical analysis was made in the end. Results All the investigated personnel had low awareness rate about the safe medication of allergy to sulfanilamide. There was significant difference between the different seniorities and different educational background. Conclusion Clinical staffs must enhance the knowledge about safe medication of allergy to sulfanilamide.
