Abstract

Abstract: This paper gives an overview about the current status of domestic and foreign research progress of chiral drugs, summarizes the risk factors of adverse reactions induced by the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic differences between racemates and enantiomers, describes the research Methods of chiral drug safety. To prevent and control the adverse reactions of chiral drugs, it is essential to strengthen the research.
