Abstract: The large numbers of medical personnel had been attracted on the attention of the risks during the drug withdraw. From the basic concept of risk management drugs, risks that can easily arise during drug withdraw in hospital pharmacy were described and analyzed. And investigate the risk factors and countermeasures of the drug withdraw in hospital pharmacy, Then suggest that, the hospital further regulate the flow of drug withdrawal pharmacy, rigorous review of the pharmacy drug withdrawal, and reduce the risk of drug withdrawal pharmacy hidden, thus ensure drug quality, further promote medical safety.
