Abstract: Objective To analyze the way in which different categories of the same drugs are managed in the drug classification management system in Britain so as to provide reference for the "double classification " management of prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs in China.Methods The similarities and differences in ways of managing prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs between Britain and China were analyzed.Results and Conclusion "Double classification " is consistent with the properties of drugs in China. We can learn from the classification management system and experience of Britain to improve China's drug classification management system.
