摘要： 糖代谢紊乱是内分泌系统常见疾病，因某些药品引起糖代谢紊乱的病例近年来屡见报道，应引起临床工作者的高度重视。本文概述了可引起糖代谢紊乱的常见药物的种类（按《新编药物学》第16版分类）、作用机制、临床表现以及防治措施等，以期对临床合理用药、减少药品不良反应有所帮助。

Abstract: Dysglycaemia is common disease of endocrine system. In recent years, dysglycaemia cases were repeatedly reported, and these should be paid attention to. This review summarized the type of common drugs causing dysglycaemia, action mechanism, clinical manifestation, prevention and cure measures, expecting to benefit rational drug use and reducing adverse drug reaction.
