摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨阿布昔替尼片致急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的病例,为临床合理用药和后续研究提供参考。方法分析1例特应性皮炎患者在使用阿布昔替尼片15 d后,增加剂量3 d后出现急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病,进行病例分析并探讨其原因及防治措施。结果患者发生急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病可能与阿布昔替尼片有关,此类情况在临床比较少见。患者经过对症治疗后,症状好转。结论临床应用阿布昔替尼片时,应加强监测,全程防范急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病的发生,注意监测患者不良反应,早发现,早处理。

Abstract: Objective To analyze one case of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) caused by abrocitinib tablets in order to provide a reference for rational clinical use and subsequent studies. Methods One rare case of AGEP in a patient with atopic dermatitis (AD) was reported after 3 days of medication with abrocitinib tablets 200 mg po qd, who had taken this drug for 15 days 100 mg qd. Related literature was reviewed. The causes and precautions were investigated. Results AGEP was possibly related to abrocitinib tablets, and such cases were very rare. The symptoms were relieved after effective treatment. Conclusion Clinicians need to be alert to AGEP caused by abrocitinib tablets. Quick detection and treatment are crucial.
