精神科用药327例药品不良反应报告分析

摘要: 目的了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法对我院2008~2011年收集并上报的ADR报告327例,分别按患者性别、年龄、药品种类、严重ADR、合并用药情况、累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果327例ADR报告中,60岁以上老年人较多,有75例(占22.94%);抗精神病药引起的ADR居首位,有263例(占80.43%),涉及13个品种,其中以利培酮、氯氮平、奥氮平、阿立哌唑、喹硫平排名前5个品种频率最多(占77.57%);ADR累及器官或系统以神经系统最多,有124例(占36.80%),消化系统的损害次之,有57例(占16.91%)。结论应重视ADR的监测与上报工作,特别是严重不良反应的报告和监测,以合理用药为目的,加强ADR的分析、评价,及时干预和疏导,确保患者用药安全。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reaction(ADR) occurred in our hospital. MethodsA total of 327 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed statistically in terms of patients' age, sex, drug category, serious ADR, drug combination, ADR involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations, ect. ResultsAmong 327 cases of ADR reports, 60 years old or older is more, accounting for 75 cases(22.94%); ADR caused by antipsychotics in 13 varieties were in the first place, accounting for 263 cases(80.43%); system or organ involved in ADR cases were most frequently reported as central and peripheral nervous system disorders(124 cases, 36.80%). Gastrointestinal system disorders ranked the second place(57 cases, 16.91%). ConclusionAttention should be paid to the ADR monitoring and reporting work, especially serious adverse reaction of the report and monitoring for the rational use of drugs, strengthen the ADR analysis, evaluation, timely intervention and persuation so as to ensure safe drug use.
