淫羊藿多糖抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用的实验研究

Study on the Anti-fatigue and Anti-anoxia Effects of Epimedium Polysaccharides on Mice

摘要: 目的 研究淫羊藿多糖抗疲劳、耐缺氧功效。方法 采用小鼠负重游泳法和小鼠耐常压缺氧法。结果 淫羊藿多糖能显著延长小鼠游泳时间(P <0.05);淫羊藿多糖能显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间(P <0.05)。结论 淫羊藿多糖具有明显抗疲劳、耐缺氧功效。

Abstract: Objective To study the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia effects of Epimedium polysaccharides. Methods The burdened swimming tests and the hypoxia tolerance tests were adopted. Results The swimming time and the survival time of the experimental group also were longed significantly(P< 0.05). Conclusion Epimedium polysaccharides can improve the ability of the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia of mice.
