摘要： 探讨将风险矩阵法等风险管理工具引入药品不良反应的风险评价及其管理的相关问题,提出应对患者进行药品风险管理,以确保患者的用药安全。

Abstract: To discusses the risk matrix for risk management tools such as the introduction of risk assessment of adverse drug reaction(ADR) and their management of related issues. Give the suggestion that managing the risk of before and after durgs appearing on the market is good for ensuring the safety use of drug of patients.
