108例氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应分析

摘要： 目的 总结氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应特点,为临床合理、安全用药提供参考。方法对108 例氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果108例不良反应中,以消化系统损害为多,占19.44%,皮肤及其附件损害占18.52%,心血管系统损害占15.74%,中枢神经系统占13.89%。结论 氟喹诺酮类药品不良反应多见,临床不良反应症状多样,提示临床需重视用药后监护。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the adverse drug reaction(ADR) of fluoroquinolones and provide reference for safe and reasonable drug use. Methods 108 ADR cases of fluoroquinolones were retrospective analyzed. Results Adverse reaction was found in all organs and it happens easily in combined medicine, and the incidence rate in digestive system, skin and adnexa, cardiovascular system and central nervous system were 19.44%, 18.52%, 15.74% and 13.89%. Conclusion ADR of fluoroquinolons was found highly in clinical system and organ, and it must be payed attention to ADR of fluoroquinolones in clinical use.
