摘要： 目的 建立同时测定党参养荣丸中梓醇、毛蕊花糖苷、白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ含量测定方法 ，为完善现有质量标准提供参考。方法 依利特 Hypersil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm ×200 mm，5 m）；以乙腈（A）-0.1％磷酸溶液（B）为流动相，梯度洗脱；体积流量：0.9 mL·min-1；检测波长分别为210、210、276、276 nm。结果 党参养荣丸4个成分梓醇、毛蕊花糖苷、白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ进样量分别在0.0586～1.1720 μg（r=0.9997）、0.0124～0.2480 μg（r=0.9992）、0.0106～0.2120 g（r=0.9994）、0.0172～0.3440 g（r=0.9996）范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率分别为97.85％、96.71％、97.55％、98.01％，RSD（n=6）分别为1.13％、0.77%、1.22％、1.04%。结论 本方法 简便、快捷，结果 准确，重复性好，可应用于党参养荣丸的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of catalpol,verbascoside,atractylenolide-I and atractylenolide-Ⅲ in Dangshen Yangrong pills. Methods Chromatographic conditions concluded Hypersil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 m) column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 0.9 mL·min-1.The detection wavelengths were 210,210,276,276 nm respectively.Results Catalpol,verbascoside,atractylenolide-I and atractylenolide-Ⅲ in Dangshen Yangrong pills had good linearity in the ranges of 0.0586～1.1720 μg(r=0.9997),0.0124～0.2480 μg(r=0.9992),0.0106～0.2120 μg(r=0.9994),0.0172～0.3440 μg(r=0.9996) respectively. The average recoveries of four constituents were 97.85％(RSD=1.13％),96.71％(RSD=0.77％),97.55％(RSD=1.22％) and 98.01％(RSD=1.04％) respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Dangshen Yangrong pills.
