摘要： 目的 分析矫治器在口腔正畸的风险因素，为临床安全使用提供参考。方法 通过了解矫治器的作用机理与临床分类，分析矫治器在临床使用过程中常见风险因素，进而提出临床安全使用矫治器的建议。结果 矫治器在口腔正畸治疗中虽存有使用风险，但这些风险为可控风险。结论 在患者与医师共同配合与努力下，矫治器在口腔正畸治疗中将发挥更加重要的治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the risk factors of appliance in orthodontics, in order to provide a reference for clinical safe handling. Methods By understanding the mechanism of action and clinical classification of appliance, analyze the common risk factors during clinical handling, and then put forward the suggestions. Results Although appliance has risks during clinical handling, they are able to be controlled. Conclusion By patients and physicians making great efforts together, appliance will play further important therapeutical effect in orthodontics.
