摘要： 基于利益相关者理论,在问卷调研的基础上,应用加权TOPSIS多目标决策法对目前讨论中的药品不良反应救济模式做出评价和选择,以期为我国药品不良反应救济制度的建立提供参考建议。根据评价结果,基金-保险联动模式排名最高,保险模式次之,基金模式排最后,因此建议我国选择基金-保险联动模式来构建药品不良反应损害救济制度。

Abstract: This article makes evaluation and selection of ADR injury relief modes which were discussed based on stakeholder theory and a survey by weighted TOPSIS multi-objective decision-making method, in order to provide recommendations for the establishment of ADR relief system. According to the results, fund-insurance linkage mode ranked the highest, followed by insurance mode and the fund mode. Therefore fund-insurance linkage mode was recommended to establish ADR relief system.
