痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗老年性肺炎临床疗效分析

摘要： 目的 观察痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗老年性肺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2011年6 月到2012年6月,我院老年性肺炎患者54 例为研究对象,将54 例老年性肺炎患者随机分为痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗的治疗组27 例和仅用抗生素治疗的对照组27例,比较临床疗效。结果 治疗组的总有效率为92.6％,高于对照组（81.5%）,其差别有统计学意义（P <0.05）。治疗组平均退热时间为3.4±1.1 天,对照组平均退热时间为5.8±1.7 天,两组差别有统计学意义（P <0.05）。两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论 痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗老年性肺炎较之单用抗生素疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics for pneumonia in the elderly. Methods Fifty -four elderly patients with pneumonia at our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into Tanreqing treatment group(27 cases)and control group (27 cases). The patients in control group were only given antibiotics, and the treatment group was added with Tanreqing on the basis of treatment above. Results The total effective rate in Tanreqing treatment group was 92.6%,and that in control group was 81.5%.The average duration of fever in Tanreqing treatment group was 3.4±1.1 days,and that in control group was 5.8±1.7 days. There was significant difference in the rate between the two groups( P<0.05). All patients in two groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion The clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with antibiotics is better than that of antibiotics alone for the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.
