蓝芩口服液联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

摘要： 目的 观察利巴韦林气雾剂和蓝芩口服液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果。方法 将60例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为2组,对照组给予头孢呋辛钠、维生素C、利巴韦林气雾剂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服蓝芩口服液,按照疱疹性咽峡炎控制指标,评价疗效。结果 治疗组临床症状体征消退时间及总病程较对照组明显缩短, 差异有显著性（P < 0.05)。结论 利巴韦林气雾剂联合蓝芩口服液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎效果显著, 值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lanqin oral liquid combined with Ribavirin aerosol on herpangina. Methods 60 cases of children patients who had herpangina were divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group received Cefuroxime Sodium, Vitamin C, Ribavirin Aerosol; and the treatment group received Lanqin Oral Liquid additionally. The effect was evaluated according to herpangina control index. Results The remission time of clinical symptoms and signs and total course of disease in treatment group were significantly(P <0.05) shorter than in control group. Conclusion Lanqin oral Liquid combined with Ribavirin aerosol is effective for herpangina, and is worth popularizing.
