摘要： 目的分析抗菌药物的药品不良反应（ADR）的影响因素,探索降低不良反应的方法。方法对抗菌药物专项整治前后抗菌药物的药品不良反应患者基本情况、不良反应涉及药物与类型等进行回顾性分析比较。结果通过干预活动,抗菌药物的不良反应减少,青霉素类所占比例和严重不良反应明显减少。结论抗菌药物的不良反应和药物使用频率、使用强度密切相关,且与抗菌药物的品种数、用药不合理等多因素关联。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the method of reducing adverse drug reactions(ADR) through analyzing the influence factors of adverse reactions of antibacterial drugs. MethodsThe basic situation of patients, involving drugs and ADR types before and after the special improvement program on antibacterial drugs were analyzed and compared retrospectively. ResultsThrough the intervention activities, the ADR of antibacterial drugs were reduced, the proportion of penicillin and serious ADR became less significantly. ConclusionThe ADR of antibacterial drugs are closely associated with the use frequency and use strength, and also related to the variety of antibacterial drugs, irrational use and other factors.
