地黄不同炮制品配方颗粒的红外快速鉴别

Rapid Identification of Different Processed Products of Rehmannia Glutinosa Formula Granules by FTIR

摘要: 目的 建立红外光谱法快速鉴别地黄不同炮制品配方颗粒的方法。方法 采用红外光谱结合二阶导数光谱及二维相关光谱法分析不同炮制品配方颗粒光谱特征。结果 二阶导数光谱在1 200~1 800 cm-1 范围内差异较大,二维相关光谱图差异明显。结论 通过比较不同炮制品红外光谱图、二阶导数光谱图及二维相关光谱图,可以准确、快速鉴别地黄不同炮制品配方颗粒。

Abstract: Objective To establish a rapid FTIR method for identifying different processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa formula granules.Methods Various processed products were researched by infrared, second derivative spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy.Results In second derivative spectra, it existed differences among the intensity, shape and position of the peaks in the range of 1 200 ~ 1 800 cm-1, and the two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy were different obviously.Conclusion By comparing the infrared spectra, second derivative spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy, the different processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa formula granules could be identified rapidly and accurately.
