摘要： 目的 探讨临床药师参与临床药物治疗的作用。方法 回顾性分析临床药师参与的胫骨平台骨折术后感染患者的药物治疗情况,分析临床药师在治疗过程中干预的内容与结果。结果 临床药师参与药物治疗,可以发挥专业特长,协助医师调整用药方案,提高临床药物治疗水平。结论 临床药师应主动参与临床实践,积极开展药学监护。

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the participation of clinical medication practice. Methods By reviewing one case of clinical pharmacists participating in the infection treatment after surgery of tibial plateau fracture, analyzed the clinical pharmacists' interventions. Results Clinical pharmacists can take advantage of their expertise to assist clinicians to adjust the therapeutic regimen, and improve the level of clinical drug treatment. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should be actively involved in clinical practice, and provide active pharmaceutical care.
