普外科围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

摘要： 目的 评价我院普外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状。方法 随机抽取2008年6~12月我院普外科手术病例355例,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,调查围手术期抗菌药物的预防性应用情况。结果 普外科围手术期患者的抗菌药物总的使用率为100.00% ,抗菌药物涉及9类32个品种,其中预防用药327例,占92.11%,治疗用药28例,占7.89%。所有分析病例中单一用药、二联用药、三联用药、四联及四联以上用药的分别占24.51% 、46.48% 、17.46%、11.55%。结论 应加强围手术期抗感染药物使用的管理和监督,促进临床医生合理用药。

Abstract: Objective To study the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in the hospita1． Methods 355 surgery patients were sampled randomly from Jun.to Dec．2008 in the hospital and investigated in respect of the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics based on the Guidir,g Principle of the CHnical Application of Antibacterials Results The general surgical department of antibacterials took up 100%, antibiotics involved in 9 Classes 32 varieties, of which 327 cases of preventive medicine, accounting for 92.11%, treatment drugs in 28 cases, accounting for 7.89%. All analytical cases, a single medication, two united agents, triple agents, four joint and four or more medications together accounted for 24.51%, 46.48%, 17.46%, 11.55%. Conclusion We should strengthen the use of perioperative anti-infective management and supervision, promote rational drug clinicians.
