The Dynamic Accumulation Research on Determination of Ursolic Acid Content in the Cornel of Different Regions and Different Growth Period by RP - HPLC Method

摘要: 目的评价不同产地山茱萸不同生长期熊果酸含量变化的动态积累,为该药材的质量评价提供依据。方法RP-HPLC法测定不同产地山茱萸在不同生长期中熊果酸的含量。结果不同生长期、不同产地山茱萸中熊果酸的含量呈规律性变化,在青果时熊果酸的含量较高;随着山茱萸果实的成熟,熊果酸的含量逐渐下降,在果实成熟时熊果酸的含量最低。结论不同产地山茱萸在不同生长期中熊果酸含量的动态积累研究为山茱萸药材的质量评价提供了一定的依据。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the dynamic accumulation changes of ursolic acid content in the cornel of different growth period and different origin, and provide the basis for the quality evaluation of medicinal materials. MethodsThe RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of ursolic acid in different origin and different growth period of dogwood. ResultsThe content of ursolic acid in cornel showed regular change, when the total content of ursolic acid was higher. As the dogwood fruit matured, the content of ursolic acid decreased gradually, the content of ursolic acid was lowest during fruit ripening. ConclusionThe dynamic accumulation research on ursolic acid content of dogwood in different regions and different growth phase provided the certain basis for quality evaluation of cornel medicinal materials.
