摘要： 通过分析广东省各地地市级药品不良反应监测机构的现状及存在的问题，提出建立地市级监测机构的四种构想，为政府部门提供可选择性的建议，进一步完善地市级药品不良反应监测机构。

Abstract: The status and problems on the adverse drug reaction(ADR) monitoring institutions in Guangdong prefecture-level cities were analyzed and four construction conceptions were also proposed in this paper. The purpose of the selective conception is to provide suggestions for government, further construct ADR monitoring institution in prefecture-level city.
