摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析临床药师参与急性髓系白血病中性粒细胞缺乏伴发热患者的药学监护。方法以1例急性髓系白血病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏伴发热的抗感染方案展开分析,结合临床症状及治疗效果给出合理用药建议,开展药学监护。结果药师参与药学监护,提高治疗效果,保障用药安全。结论临床药师协同临床医师对特殊患者实施药学监护,有助于患者治疗收益最大化,也可有效保障临床药物治疗的有效性和安全性。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care of acute myeloid leukemia patients with agranulocytosis with fever. Methods One case of acute myeloid leukemia with agranulocytosis with fever after chemotherapy was discussed about its infection treatment regimen. Suggestions were made according to the symptoms and the rapeutic effects. Results The involvement of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care improved therapeutic effect and ensured medication safety. Conclusion Clinical pharmacistis, working collabortively with physicians in pharmaceutical care for special patients can maximize the treatment benefits for patients, and ensure the effectiveness and safety of drug therapy.
