397例抗菌药物不良反应报告分析

摘要: 目的 探讨我院由抗菌药物引起的药品不良反应(ADR)发生的一般情况、特点及影响因素,为临床患儿用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,分类统计我院2009年收集到的397份由抗菌药物引起的ADR报告,分别从患者的年龄、药品种类、累及的系统-器官及上报科室等方面进行统计分析、评价。结果 397例由抗菌药物引起的ADR中,幼儿期所占比例最高,达39.88%;一代及二代头孢菌素使用量最大,分别是31.23%和30.73%;皮肤及其附件损害最多,占88.92%;门诊上报的ADR最多,占到92.44%。结论 我院作为儿童专科医院,对于儿童用药中出现的问题更应该得到我们的高度重视。因此,提高医护人员对ADR报告制度的认识,才能提高不良反应的监测水平,最终达到提高医疗质量的目的。

Abstract: Objective We probe into the status, characteristics and influencing factors of ADR cases induced by antibiotics, for providing a reference for clinical treatment of children. Methods In the retrospective statistical analysis study, a total of 397 ADR cases induced by antibiotics in 2009 were analyzed and evaluated in respects of their age, drug varieties, organs and system involved and departments. Results Of the total 397 ADR cases, the highest proportion was in the early childhood, up to 39.88%. Generation and second generation cephalosporin were used mostly, 31.23% and 30.73% respectively. Lesions of skin and its appendages were the most common presentations of the ADR, up to 88.92%; the ADR cases which were from outpatient were at most, up to 92.44%. Conclusion As Children's Hospital, we should pay more attention on the this problems of drugs uscd in children. So it is necessary to raise the awareness of ADR reporting system for doctors and nurses to improve the level of monitoring of adverse reactions. Ultimately, we can improve the healthcare quality.
