中药注射剂在缺血性中风急性期的合理应用

摘要： 缺血性中风急性期病理因素复杂、病情发展迅速,可分为脑髓失养、毒邪内生和毒伤脑髓三个病理过程。中药注射剂的应用是其治疗的重要手段。通过对缺血性中风急性期病机和证候的分析,结合常用中药注射剂的特点,探讨了缺血性中风急性期不同病理过程中药注射剂的应用方法,以期能够更好地发挥中药注射剂的优势作用,从而取得更为突出的临床疗效。

Abstract: Ischemic stroke has complicated pathological factors, and developed rapidly. The whole course of acute stage of ischemic stroke can be divided into three stages: brain dystrophy, toxin producing and toxin injury of brain. The application of Traditinal Chinese Medicine injections is one of the most important means of treatment of ischemic stroke. This review analyzes the pathogenesis and syndromes of acute stage of ischemic stroke, and investigates the most suitable selection of Traditinal Chinese Medicine injections based on their characteristics according to the different stages of ischemic stroke. The aim is to bring into playing their function fully, and obtain better clinical efficacy.
