丝毛飞廉总黄酮肝损伤保护作用的研究

摘要: 目的探讨丝毛飞廉总黄酮(FGC)对绵羊红细胞(SRBC)诱发迟发型变态反应致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法以小鼠为实验对象,腹腔注射SRBC1.0×108 ·0.1mL-1 ·10g-1,5天后肝穿刺SRBC 0.5×108 ·0.2 L-1 ·10g-1攻击造模,丝毛飞廉总黄酮为实验药物进行灌胃,最后测定小鼠脏器指数、血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)含量以及小鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果模型组脏器指数以及血清ALT与AST与空白组比较均有显著性差异,绵羊红细胞诱发迟发型变态反应致小鼠肝损伤实验模型建立成功;丝毛飞廉总黄酮给药组与造模组比较,小鼠脏器指数、血清中AST、ALT含量以及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量均有显著性差异。结论丝毛飞廉总黄酮对绵羊红细胞诱发迟发型变态反应致小鼠肝损伤具有很好的保护作用。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo research the protective effect of total flavonoids from Garduus Crispus. L for mice liver injury models caused by delayed hypersensitivity induced by SRBC. MethodsThis experiment used mice as experimental objects. The model was built by SRBC 1.0×108 ·0.1mL-1 ·10g-1 ip followed by SRBC 0.5×108 ·0.2μL-1 ·10g-1 liver puncture attack 5 days later. Using total flavonoids from Garduus Crispus. L ig as experimental drug, the viscera index, plasma ALT and AST levels as well as liver SOD activity and MDA content were determined at last. ResultsThe visceral index and plasma ALT and AST in model group were significantly higher than that in placebo group, showing the autoimmune liver damage test model was built successfully. The viscera index, plasma ALT and AST levels as well as liver SOD activity and MDA content in each treatment group were significantly superior to that in model control group (P <0.05). ConclusionTotal flavonoids from Garduus Crispus. L can effectively resist the mice liver damage caused by delayed hypersensitivity induced by SRBC.
