摘要： 目的了解我院护士对药品不良反应相关知识的认知情况,为提高我院药品不良反应上报率、上报质量及做好不良反应监测工作提供依据。方法利用自制调查问卷的方式,对我院护士进行问卷调查,对问卷各项内容进行数据处理,分析不同层次护士对药品不良反应的概念、相关知识的掌握情况。结果我院护士对药品不良反应相关知识认知度基本正确,能意识到上报药品不良反应的重要性。但还需要再努力开展此项工作。结论进一步加强药品不良反应相关知识的培训。分层次组织护士学习, 以提高我院药品不良反应监测水平。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate ADR knowledge among nurses at our hospital, to provide reference for improving our report ADR rate. MethodsNurses of our hospital were randomly investigated by questionnaires. The data were inputted by Excel. The different levels of ADR knowledge among nurses were analyzed. ResultsThe cognition degree of ADR related knowledge among nurses is basically correct. They can realize the importance of reporting adverse drug reaction, but also need more efforts to carrying out this work. ConclusionIt is now urgent to further strengthen the ADR related knowledge training. Stratified study for the nurses is necessary, in order to improve our adverse drug reaction monitoring level.
