摘要： 目的探讨利多卡因在口腔科用药致不良反应的一般规律和特点,促进临床合理用药。方法检索2000-2012年中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据资源系统数字化期刊中口腔科使用利多卡因致不良反应的文献进行汇总、分析。结果与结论 利多卡因不良反应女性多于男性,多在用药十分钟内发生,以过敏性休克和过敏反应最为多见;累及机体多个系统,以全身性损害、中枢及外周神经系统损害、呼吸系统损害为主;临床上应加强利多卡因的监测,积极预防。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo promote its scientific use by probing into the general laws and characteristics of ADR induced by lidocaine as stomatological medicine. MethodsTo retrieve and analyze the documents about ADR induced by lidocaine as stomatological medicine in CNKI and Chinainfo Digital Journals from the year of 2000 to 2012. Resultsand ConclusionADR induced by lidocaine happens on more female than male within ten minutes after taking the medicine, frequently accompanied by some allergic shock and reaction. It will affect multiple systems of the body, mainly involving in general disorder, malfunction of the central and peripheral nervous system, as well as the respiratory system. Supervision and precaution should be strengthened in the clinical use of lidocaine.
