摘要: 目的 对拮抗结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)小分子化合物进行综述和分析。方法 对近年来国内外发表的针对现有的药物和新型结构类型化合物研究能够拮抗CTGF的小分子化合物的文献进行总结与分析。结果 拮抗CTGF的小分子化合物的研究可以分为两个部分:一部分是针对现有的药物或天然产物展开的;另一部分是一系列不同结构类型的小分子化合物。结论 CTGF作为生物体内重要的细胞因子,只在间质细胞中表达,主要介导TGF-β的促纤维化作用,是一个更有效和特异的抗纤维化作用的靶点,虽然仅有几种结构类型,但是也开启了能够拮抗CTGF小分子化合物研究的序幕。
