109例喜炎平注射液不良反应文献分析

摘要： 目的 探讨喜炎平注射液致不良反应的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对国内文献检索到的109 例喜炎平注射液不良反应病例进行分类统计分析。结果喜炎平注射液所致不良反应多发生于<10 岁年龄组,其出现时间多发生于用药后的30 分钟。不良反应主要表现为变态反应,其中1 例死亡,死亡率0.92%。结论临床中应加深对喜炎平注射液致不良反应规律和特点的认识,加强其用药监测,以减少不良反应的发生。

Abstract: Objective To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR) induced by Xiyanping injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods A statistical analysis was retrospectively investigated on 109 Xiyanping injection-induced ADR case reported in domestic medical journals. Results ADR of Xiyanping injection were mostly occur in the <10 group. They usually occurred in the first 30 minutes affter taking the drug. The main ADR of Xiyanping injection was in the Allergic reaction. The mortality rate is 0.92%. Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of ADR, and the use of Xiyanping injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occur of serious ADR.
