51例阿立哌唑的不良反应/事件分析

Analysis of 51 Cases of Adverse Reactions/Events of Aripiprazole

摘要： 目的 探讨阿立哌唑的不良反应/事件,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法 搜集两家精神疾病类杂志近几年刊登的有关阿立哌唑药品不良反应的病例报告15 例,同时收集临床中不良反应病例36 例,进行统计与分析。结果 阿立哌唑不良反应/ 事件累及9 大系统- 器官,涉及22 种表现。以肝胆系统、锥体外系统、血液系统、心血管系统较多见。88.24%的不良反应/ 事件在30 天内发生,急性不良反应者较少。结论 阿立哌唑不良反应/ 事件以肝胆系统、锥体外系统、血液系统、心血管系统较多,急性不良反应较少,为较理想的抗精神病药物。

Abstract: Objective To investigate aripiprazole adverse reactions/events, provide a reference for clinical safety of drugs. Methods We Searched two types of magazimes on mental illness in recent years, 15 cases of aripiprazole adverse reaction reports were collected, together with 36 clinical cases of adverse reactions, acomprehensive statistical analysis waconducted. Results Aripiprazole adverse reactions/events involve 9 systems -organs, including 22 manifestations. The hepatobiliary system, extrapyramidal system, blood system and cardiovascular system were more commonly involved. 88.24% of the adverse reactions occurred within 30 days, acute adverse reactions were less. Conclusion Aripiprazole adverse reactions/events commonly involved the hepatobiliary system, extrapyramidal system and blood system and cardiovascular system, fewer acute adverse reactions occurred. It is an ideal antipsychotic drug.
