降压药物在哺乳期的合理应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的促进哺乳期降压药物的合理应用。方法通过查阅相关书籍、文献以及药品说明书，以 Hale博士的哺乳期药物的危险性分级方法及美国儿科学会建议对常用降压药物进行总结和评价。结果目前常用的降压药物中，硝苯地平、普萘洛尔、美托洛尔、拉贝洛尔、卡托普利、依那普利和氢氯噻嗪等药物对母亲及乳儿影响较小，应用较安全。结论对哺乳期需要治疗的高血压患者，应充分权衡利弊，选择最安全有效地药物，制定最合适的治疗方案。

Abstract: Objective To promote the reasonable use of antihypertensive drugs in lactating women. Methods The commonly used antihypertensive drugs were summerized and evaluatad by referring to related books, literatures and medicine instructions, based on Dr. Hale's Lactation Risk Category and American Academy of Pediatrics Committee on Drugs. Results Nifedine, propranolol, metoprolol, labetalol, captopril, enalapril and hydrochlorothiazide appear safe for use in lactating women. Conclusion Prescribing medications fora breast-feeding mother requires weighing the benefits of medication use for the mother against the risk of not breast-feeding the infant or the potential risk of exposing the infant to medications. The physician should select the safest and most effective medication and make an appropriate therapeutic regimen.
