我国六省份医疗机构药品不良反应工作调查研究

Study on the ADR Monitoring of Medical Institutions of 6 Provinces in China

摘要: 目的 调查医疗机构药品不良反应工作的现状,分析存在的问题并提出切实可行的建议。方法 运用问卷调查法,通过整群抽样抽取江苏、广东、河南、河北、陕西、四川6省的医疗机构进行调查研究。使用SPSS18.0软件对回收问卷结果进行描述统计,卡方检验等。结果 共回收有效问卷199份:大部分医疗机构负责药品不良反应工作的是兼职人员;医疗机构对药品不良反应工作的资金、资源支持有待加强;东、中、西部地区医疗机构药品不良反应工作的交流、宣传和培训情况均有差异;医疗机构药品不良反应的报告情况良好;关于药品不良反应工作的满意度一般。结论 应该合理确定医疗机构药品不良反应兼职人员的工作量、工作时间和工作报酬;医疗机构或可利用自身优势筹集一些经费;西部地区的医疗机构可以采取一些组织干预和技术反馈干预等措施以确保药品不良反应工作更好的开展。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the present situation of ADR monitoring of the medical institutions and analyze the existing problems and provide practical recommendations. Methods The method of cluster sampling was adopted and the questionnaires were administered to the medical institutions in Jiangsu, Guangdong, Henan, Hebei, Shanxi and Sichuan province. Descriptive Statistics and Chi-square test are used to analyze the returned questionnaires with SPSS 18.0. Results 199 effective questionnaires were received. the ADR staff are part-timers in most medical institutions. The funds and resources need to be strengthened. The communication, propaganda and training of ADR work of various regions are different. The ADR report is good. The job satisfaction is middling at best. Conclusion The part-timers' amount of work, working hours and payments should be determined rationally. Medical institutions should make use of their own advantages to raise money. Medical institutions in western regions can take some measures, such as organization intervention, to ensure that ADR works are carried out smoothly.
