摘要: 目的 探讨骨瓜提取物致不良反应的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 检索1994 年~2012年国内医药期刊报道的骨瓜提取物所致不良反应案例,并进行统计、分析。结果 骨瓜提取物致不良反应在高年龄组发生率较高,多在用药过程中30 min 内发生。不良反应累及多个系统-器官,临床表现复杂多样,主要表现为变态反应,严重者可出现呼吸困难或过敏性休克。结论 临床医师、药师应重视骨瓜提取物的不良反应,坚持合理用药。

Abstract: Objective To explore the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by extraction of bone-melon so as to provide references for rational clinical drug use. Methods ADR cases induced by extraction of bone -melon reported in domestic medical journals during 1994~2012 were collected and analyzed statistically. Restuls ADR induced by Extraction of Bone-melon often occurred in aged group. The onset of ADR was usually within 30min after injection. ADR could involve multiple organs and systems, and clinical manifestations were various, mainly allergic reactions. Severe allergic reactions could manifest dyspneic respiration and anaphylactic shock. Conclusion Clinical physicians and pharmacist should pay attention to the ADR induced by extraction of bone-melon and persist in rational drug use.
