摘要： 通过对我国目前药品不良反应报告与监测现状进行分析，找出药品不良反应报告与监测中存在的问题，并提出一些具体的改进措施，希望能为我国药品不良反应报告和监测工作的进一步开展提供参考。

Abstract: Through the analysis on china's current adverse drug reaction(ADR) reporting and monitoring ,this paper is aimed to find out the existing problems in ADR reporting and monitoring and put forward some specific measures for improvement in the hope of providing reference for the ongoing work of the ADR reporting and monitoring in our country.
