参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮治疗2型糖尿病170例的临床观察

摘要： 目的 观察参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮片治疗2型糖尿病170例的疗效及不良反应。方法 从慢性病干预组选170例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组85例,用参芪降糖颗粒配合格列喹酮治疗;对照组85例,单用格列喹酮治疗。24周后观察疗效,监测空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、午餐前血糖、晚餐前血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）。结果 治疗组患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平较对照组得到了良好控制,两组血糖值和糖化血红蛋白值比较,有明显差异。治疗组出现了2例低血糖反应,而对照组出现了16例低血糖反应,与治疗组比较有显著差异（P <0.05）。结论 参芪降糖颗粒联合格列喹酮治疗糖尿病疗效确切,低血糖反应明显减少,急诊率,住院率降低,联合用药的安全性好。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shenqi Jiangtang granule(SJG) combined with gliquidone on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods 170 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into 2 groups. Among those 85 cases in the treatment group were submitted with SJG combined gliquidone by oral-taken, while another 85 cases were treated by oral-taken gliquidong only as the control group. Both groups were treated for 24 weeks. The plasma levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), blood glucose of post-meal 2 hours(2hBG), blood glucse before lunch, blood glucose before supper, blood-fat as well as glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) were measured before and after treatment,respectively. Results The plasma levels of FBG, HbAlc and blood-fat were improved in both groups, however, the FBG and HbAlc levels in treatment group decreasded more significant(P <0.05). The hospitalization rate and emergency treatment rate were also decreased obviously in both groups.There were 2 hypoglycemia reactions occurrenced in treatment group, while 16 cases developed hypoglycemia reaction in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). Conclusion It suggested that SJG combined with gliquidone has certain curative effect on T2DM patients, which could reduced FBG, HbAlc levels obviously, and with a few incidence rate of hypoglycemia reaction. Thus, it might be a more safe and effective medication for patients with T2DM.
