摘要： 目的 探索在老干科开展临床药学服务的方法和体会。方法 介绍我院药师在老干科开展药学服务的主要内容、工作方式及体会。结果 与结论 药师应深入临床查房,开展临床药学工作,为患者提供安全、有效、合理、经济的药学服务。

Abstract: Objective To explore pharmacists'Methods and experience of clinical pharmaceutical care in old cadre ward. Methods main contents, work styles and Results of clinical pharmaceutical care were introduced. Results and Conclusion Carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care thoroughly in clinical ward round by pharmacist is important to provide the safe, effective, rational, economic pharmacentical care for the patients.
